4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House/10 Minute Walk to Campus

We are looking for people to rent a 4 bed 2 bath house. There are three options:

OPTION 1: If you wish to rent the whole house as a four person group, send text to 301 219 0553 or send an email to Greg (the landlord). The rent is $2500 for whole... house (4 bedrooms, 2 baths).

OPTION 2: You apply as a group of 3 and join a current tenant who is likely to renew the lease. send text to 301 219 0553 or send an email to Greg (the landlord). Current tenant is a male PhD student at UMD who has been living at the house for 4 years.

This house is a 10 minute walk to the center of campus. The house is close to bus stops and UMD shuttle stops. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house comes with a spacious deck for relaxation. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Tenants are responsible for utilities.

Three rooms are available:

Room 1: Fully furnished (bed/mattress/desk/chair/lamp, etc.) - $650

Room 2: Partly furnished (bed/mattress/lamp/chair). This room has its own fridge and is very large, which can accommodate two people - $650. The tenant can have their own microwave there.

Room 3: Fully furnished (bed/mattress/desk/chair/lamp, etc.) - $550

This is NOT a party house and occupants are encouraged AND expected to respect local ordinances regarding noise and appropriate social behavior.
