Electricity and gas typically range from $150–$350/month depending on usage. Winter months can be higher (up to ~$500) due to heating. Electricity varies the most, while gas is relatively consistent. This home features an electric heat pump for efficient year-round climate control, as long as tenants avoid large spikes in temperature setting by gradually increasing desired temperature. All of the windows are new and insulation has been added throughout, so this house will retain hot/cool air well.

High-speed internet (the kind that won’t crap out on you if all your roommates are binging tv on different devices) costs $75/month (1 Gig speed); we can bump it up to 2 Gig if you so choose, which then costs $120/month.

Unless otherwise requested, the landlord will provide ALL utilities and bill tenants monthly for electricity and gas. If tenants choose to rent rooms individually with shared spaces, utilities will be divided by percentage according to room size.
