I've lived in a 611 Park studio for 6 months, and I loved it. At the apt tour, I must say that I thought the rent would not work out, as the visit schedule was delayed unexpectedly by the manager, but I am glad I insisted and that they accepted my international documents. The location is perfect for students. I paid almost nothing in transportation, considering the services, the area's walkability, the free circulators, and shuttles. The apartment was spacious and in great condition with a great... view—I could see the crow's flight every night!. The pool was such a great amenity during the summer. Most of all, the personnel were super gentle and helpful until my last day. At the end of the year, they put together a delicious breakfast—pastries, eggs, fresh juice, fruits, desserts, and mimosas—it was good food! Any maintenance requests are handled right away and done with quality work.

The apartment is well kept by staff. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately. Staff is always professional, polite, and friendly. Repairs to the facility have increased comfort. Parking downtown is always premium and having access to a designated spot is priceless. I have spent more than forty happy years here. I'll miss the friendly staff a lot. Six Eleven is a great place to live. I'll miss it.

What can I say? Living at 611 Park has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here's very helpful and attentive to all of your needs. The front desk associates Ms. Brittany & Ms.Sattie are the kindest young ladies you could ever meet! I believe it's their interpersonal relationships between majority of the tenants here is the key factor that really makes this place feel like home.. Because it is home.

I’ve lived here for just a few months and it’s been so dope!!! The building itself is so charming. Nice decor, always clean and smells amazing. The staff is so friendly and maintenance has been top notch. Any request I put in was always taken care of the same day and they do it right!!!! Even communicate with you through the entire process via email. Amenities like a rooftop swimming pool, gym, multiple laundry rooms in this beautiful neighborhood….THEY WON!!!!!
