- Large family/living room, dining room and Kitchen. Two shared bathrooms and one private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen; Washer/Dryer; central Air Conditioning; Spacious gated back yard. Plenty of parking (driveway and street parking).
- Most 12 month lease. Rent from $695 (smaller bedroom with shared bath) to $850 (master bedroom with private bath) per month, utilities (electricity, gas, and water/sewer) is about $50 per month, per person.
