Currently we are 3 girls in total living in the apartment. One girl... graduated, so she will move out. We are looking for her replacement.
All the utilities - water, gas and electricity are included. The bathroom is shared.
We also have a paid WiFi facility.
Non-veg food is not allowed in the house. (No meat, no sea food, no chicken) You can have all other kind of plant based or dairy food.
You just need to get your bed, table, chair or you can also get it from the exiting tenant. If you want more privacy you can have your personal curtains in the living room.
Rest we have a couch, centre table, dinner table and chairs

You might need to pay one time move-in fee (150$) to the CPT management which is mandatory for a newbie.
You can also rent for a short term (like summer) and then sublet later.
The location is perfect with respect to Smith School, James Clark, TJ, CVS, UMD campus pantry, all are at a walking distance. The lease starts June 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026.
