This 893 square foot apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, den, and balcony. All rooms are fully furnished with space for your own art and other possessions to make it feel like home. The apartment complex is secure, requiring scanning in to access the front door and has surveillance cameras in the parking lots. This apartment has an HVAC with both AC and heat.

Both bedrooms are spacious with large closets, and include bedframes, mattresses (if desired), dressers, lights, and shelving. The den is a great size for a home office, and includes a large desk and a closet. The bathroom includes a full tub with shelves, and extra space near the sink for bathroom essentials. There is a large closet in the hallway outside the bathroom that works well for extra kitchen and bathroom storage.

The kitchen includes extra counter space, a gas stove and oven, updated fridge, dishwasher, and dishrack over the sink. If desired, smaller kitchen essentials such as plates, bowls, utensils, etc. can be included for no additional cost. There is a coffee table with shelves and room for mugs next to the kitchen, which has been previously used as a coffee station. There is also a tall kitchen stand in the dining room for extra space, previously used for plates, bowls, cookbooks, aprons, drink glasses, etc.

The dining room features a beautiful blown glass light fixture, brought from Seattle, and a table with chairs. Additional card tables will be included as well. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces: 1 designated spot directly in front of the building, and a second pass for a tenant or guest which can be used in various Visitor parking spots. This apartment is only 2 miles from the College Park campus, with several bus stops nearby and soon the Purple Metro line. It is only a 12 minute bike ride or 7 minute car ride to UMD. There are several grocery, liquor, clothing, and other stores within half a mile that can be accessed either by a quick drive or short walk.

The apartment is pet friendly! There is even a cat door built into the hallway closet, which is a great hidden spot for a litter box. There is an addition $50 deposit per pet, and $25 monthly charge for each pet with a max of 2.
