Courtyards at UMD

This is a private bedroom and bathroom in an ADA 2bed/2bath deluxe apartment in The Courtyards at UMD apartment complex.

I’m moving and looking for someone to takeover the lease that ends 7/29/26. You may move in May 23rd, but I am flexible if you... need an earlier move in date.

The apartment is an ADA unit on the 1st floor and faces the parking lot so you can park right in front of your door. The shuttle stop is just at the other entrance of Bldg 5, so it’s super close. The entire apartment has hardwood floors and is bigger than typical deluxes so it’s accessible. The available bedroom is the ADA room so it’s very spacious.

The unit is furnished, equipped with in-unit washer and dryer, and has a balcony! I also have some decorations for sale, with negotiable prices, if you’re interested.

The apartment has great maintenance, you can request through the housing portal 24/7.

The other tenant is female and she’s super sweet, very clean, chill, and quiet. She’s amazing, you won’t have any issues there.

This complex is right across the street from UMD campus and includes free parking. There is also a clubhouse with a game room and gym. The apartment complex has a pool and sand volleyball.
