Located in the vibrant U Street corridor in Washington, D.C., you'll find that Elysium Fourteen will make you feel like a true District resident the moment you move in. Step into our boutique lobby and immediately you are met with the feeling of... being home; not only are our residents neighbors, they're family. Our Resident Clubhouse and Rooftop Deck offer amenities that will take away worries from a long day. Stunning views are easily seen while you are nestled in the plush outdoor seating that overlooks our neighborhood.
It's hard to overstate how poorly this building has been managed over the past year. We've faced repeated issues from basic utilities not functioning reliably, to issues with the rent payment system, to our utility costs more than doubling due to construction of a restaurant on the ground floor, to illegal construction that lacked permitting and construction, to an overnight change of management without any pre-planning or communication to residents. And that's just in the last few months.
The building has basically no amenities, and the one amenity (the rooftop) is dirty and the furniture is deteriorating. There's been no effort to maintain landscaping or clean windows, and community engagement is nonexistent - no events, little communication, and generally no sense of care from building ownership.
Do NOT move here.

The Team at Elysium are some of the kindest individuals in town. They make you feel at home from Day 1. Sure, the building is beautiful and the amenities are great, but the team who make everything work really make the experience wonderful. I cannot recommend this building more.

My partner and I were looking for an apartment that would allow us to enjoy the city. That is what we found in Elysium Fourteen. Location, location, location! The cherry on top has been Byron and the rest of the personnel that work here. Byron went above and beyond to assist with our application and leasing process (he was responding to our emails even on his days off). Everyone that works here is friendly. We are new residents, but believe Elysium Fourteen has already settled in as a wonderful new home.
