I've lived in this community for almost two years now, and overall, I've had a good experience. Although the furniture and facilities aren't the best, the place feels welcoming, pleasant, and safe. We'll be renewing our lease for another year next week.

People in the leasing office and at front desk are nice and friendly. The application and move-in process went smoothly with their help. The public area is clean and the unit itself is nice and cozy.

The lack of cleanliness throughout the building is terrible considering Acadia is deemed a 'luxury' building. Elevators are dirty, 15th floor specifically has dried spit on the walls by the elevator buttons and hallway touchups from previous residents carelessness moving out. The night audit is sleeping in his chair at the desk at 5am. There is a woman who smokes cigarettes in her unit on the 15th floor and during snow storms the hallways smell like that. NO ONE CARES. Do better.

Lately the communication with the Administration is lacking and is unfortunate how everything is so different since we got here. I have emails for weeks waiting on answers, and been thrown trash to our balcony and the a glass bottle from the Penthouse is unacceptable. But the sad thing is that the Administration haven't answered our concerns for weeks.

Love the location to work and the amenities! Construction is a downfall but the amount of restaurants around is great! Would recommend renting at Acadia.
