Grad Student House in University Park - Great Location, Cheap Rent

Hello! My roommates and I are looking for 2 new roommates starting in August for our lovely house in University Park. The house is co-ed and current tenants are all graduate students in different programs at the University of Maryland.

Some of the... perks of the house are listed below:

- Very competitive rent: the current rate is under $600 for each of the two rooms (utilities excluded, max $150 a month in very cold months).

- Great location: the house is very close to campus (about 20 minutes walking to Memorial Chapel). We're also within walking distance of two metro stations, College Park (around 20 minutes walk) and Hyattsville Crossing. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are less than 10 minutes away and we're not far from a big Target as well. Lidl can be reached by bus.

-Maximum occupancy is 5 tenants. All current tenants are international graduate students from UMD. Everyone is kind and friendly, which creates a peaceful atmosphere in the house.

- We keep the house clean by having cleaning shifts of the common areas every week. Since 5 people live in the house, each of us is in charge of the cleaning shift only once every 5 weeks.

-University Park is a quiet residential area. If you enjoy running, biking, or going for walks, we're just by the Trolley Trail.

-Internal parking for bikes is available. If you have a car, the house has a convenient driveway.

- Huge yard and elevated patio

- Two fridges, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, and a TV

Two rooms will become available in August, both on the second floor, both sharing a bathroom with one other tenant. At least some of the furniture from previous roommates will be available for you to take!
