Large Home in Quiet Neighborhood Close to Campus -- Large House of Grad Students

Hello! We are a group of male PhD students looking to fill a vacancy in our house, located in the quiet neighborhood of College Park Woods. If you like spacious abodes full of super cool PhD students but don’t like paying a lot of money, then this ad... is for you.

The available bedroom is a moderate size and will run you $600/month. The room is plenty big to fit a bed, desk, dresser, etc. (bed in the photo is a queen, for reference), but if that’s not enough, there is also a spare room next door that you could put your desk in to increase space. Utilities tend to be $50-$80/month. You will share a bathroom, although we have 4 bathrooms throughout the house so there is rarely much competition.

The house is a pleasant 2.5 mile bike to campus or about a 7min drive, and it comes with 2 kitchens, 2.5 fridges, and 2 peach trees in case you prefer your fruit locally grown. Parking is free and easy, as is laundry. Please note that while the house is relatively close to campus, you will probably want to own a car or bike if you live here, unless you love to walk.
