Looking for students/staff to share house in between campus and metro (current tenants are males). Tenant would have own bedroom and share rest of house (living room, dining room, basement, and bathroom), with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty... of space. House is tucked away on a access road, who with long time neighbors makes a great quiet study space while remaining close to campus, and next to trail that leads to campus, Shuttle-UM routes, and 2 grocery stores.

Rate would be $650 for the master, and $600 for the guest bedroom (due to size), as well as sharing utility cost with other tenants, including electric, heat, gas, water, and Internet (average split three ways is around $90-100). Furnishing consist of a bed, desk and a chair.
