Our awesome home!

Hi folks,
I currently have a bedroom and living room/Florida room combo to let, either furnished semi-furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you need starting immediately in a spacious cheerful renovated Sears craftsman Cape Cod in Historic... Hyattsville. The suite has amazing natural light, hard wood floors, super large closet and ceiling fans in shared renovated Cape Cod.

The house has a recently renovated large living room with fireplace. Common areas are nicely furnished with high ceilings, complete with ceiling fans throughout the whole house. The kitchen has gorgeous hand-painted tile countertops with upscale appliances and cabinetry, including Jennair stove, and two refrigerators. There’s plenty of storage, and many small appliances including KitchenAid and breadmaker are available. Both bathrooms have been renovated in an art deco style.Inviting front porch with a swing where you can just hang out and chillax. Large yard great for the gardener, and a patio in the back for weekend cookouts! There’s a Wieder Pro weight machine in the basement, and extra storage as needed.
The ideal roommate would be a grad student, international or serious undergrad or professional who is responsible, clean, environmentally conscious, and easy-going. He or she would not need to be asked to keep the common areas clean and will wash your dishes immediately, and pitch in to do chores without being asked. You would understand what is required to live in a group home situation, NO SMOKING OR DRUGG OF ANY kind are allowed In the house or on the property.
