Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2B/1B apartment that’s just a 6-minute walk from College Park Metro Station. Please read fully before messaging 😊

💰 Rent: $1050/month. Long term or short term considered.

- Generally quiet with movement/voice & prefer using headphones for music
- Respectful, considerate, and attentive to your roommate’s comfort
- Comfortable discussing roommate issues in a calm, positive, solution-focused way (and can initiate these conversations respectfully)
- Don’t wait days/weeks/months to address apartment issues until something fully breaks
