**About Us**
We’re a diverse household of three women (a graduate student, a UMD alumna, and a working professional), all between 26 and 30. Our home is usually quiet and clean, and we appreciate the same in a new roommate. We... also share weekly household chores.

**About the Neighborhood**
Our home is located off Berwyn Rd in College Park, a quiet and green area with a mix of families and graduate students. It's a 10-minute walk to Lake Artemesia and Lidl.

**Your Room**
Your room is on the upper floor, and you'll share a bathroom with two other roommates.

**Transportation**
The campus is a 5-minute drive and walkable. We have a garage, on-street, and driveway parking available, with no permit required.

**Pets**
We have one friendly cat and prefer no additional pets.
