Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at the Atworth apartment complex (3 min walk to College Park metro station), available July 1st (August 1st could also work!).... Rent is $1200–$1350/month per person, plus utilities - depending on unit we choose.
A bit about me:
- I’m 27, work at GEOG UMD, and absolutely love my job! I research agriculture in Ukraine (and yes, I’m Ukrainian 🇺🇦). I'm deeply focused on career and going though GMAT to get an MBA.
- I’m very tidy, love creating a cozy, minimalistic and peaceful home, and have lots of experience living with roommates.
- I’m empathetic, respectful of boundaries, and value open communication—especially when it comes to discussing any issues that come up. I'm great with both introverts and extraverts in the house.
- I’m also sensitive to noise, so ideally looking for someone who’s mindful—uses headphones for music/YouTube, and is generally quiet around the apartment (no slamming doors, loud walking so the house vibrates with every step lol)
