Shared house close to campus

Subletting a bedroom for the summer in a shared house north of campus with a lease that can be extended. This place is a great fit for those who would be researching or working over the summer and need to stay close to campus or labs. Its a well... maintained property with a pretty chill landlord.

I have a friend also subletting their room in the house which is larger and slightly more expensive contact me if you are interested in that listing as well.

The house is located just north of campus accessible by the paint branch trail or route one. Which makes it very easy to bike or walk to campus. It is across the street from courtyards. (a good reference point is the Rita's on route one).

The house is a split level design and the basement unit has a total of three people. The room is fully furnished including a desk, chair, dresser, full sized bed, nightstand and spacious . The room also gets lots of natural light during the day. The bathroom is shared with only one other person

Common areas include: a mud room at the entrance, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom
the amenities included Washer and dryer, Large kitchen with included knives, some cookware, and some dining ware, couch, Tv, dining table, and fast reliable internet.

Rent is $925 a month (better than any off campus apartment) plus utilities which range from $20-$35 after the landlords utility credit. Mowing and snow cleaning is all taken care of by the land lord. Common spaces are also professionally cleaned once a month for no extra cost.

Current roommates are all students or recent graduates. They are all pleasant respectful and quite and mostly keep to themselves. Neighborhood likewise is quite and residential (mostly families) and is well lit at night. There is also a park nearby.

This is a great deal for a really solid place. Its comfortable, conveniently located close to campus. It would be perfect for anyone looking for summer housing near campus especially if you are looking to move in with a friend and maybe even stay longer.
