Shared Housing Available, ~20 min drive from College Park

Seeking 3-4 tenants to join a shared 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Laurel, Maryland. Three bedrooms will be available in August: a master bedroom* with an en-suite bathroom and two smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

LGBTQ+ friendly and... pet-friendly home. The house itself is beautiful and very spacious, located in a safe suburb about 20 minutes from UMD College Park by car. The upper storey has the master bedroom with its bathroom, two smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen area. The finished part of the basement is carpeted and has an additional bedroom with a bathroom, and more living space. The finished basement is currently used as office space and a workout room, and the unfinished part is a laundry and storage space.

I (Miranda) am a PhD student at UMD, and I live in the basement space. I have one small dog, and she is used to living around other dogs and cats. She is very friendly, but she does bark at neighbors and mailpeople. I am a neat/clean roommate, considerate, and would prefer to live with tenants who are the same. I have also lived in this space for the past two years, so please let me know if you have any questions!

Individual rent is currently based on the room's size and whether it has its own bathroom. The total rent per month is $3200
