The room is available from June 1st to July 31st, the move-in date is a bit flexible and can be a bit earlier. The move-out date is not flexible unless you are also interested in a year long lease starting 8/1.
The room has two windows and a built-in... closet. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared with two other housemates who are very clean and friendly.
Great location, with a 2-min walk to UMD shuttle stop, a 5-min walk to Lidl, a 10-min walk from UMD campus, and a 15-min walk from Lake Artemesia.
We prefer a tenant who is clean and reasonably quiet at night.
