The space has a private entry, two bedrooms (one small, one... medium), a larger living room, a dining room, a kitchenette, full laundry facilities, a private full bathroom, on street parking (no permits required) or parking in the driveway of the home. The price includes all utilities and highspeed internet.


*THE NEIGHBORHOOD*

The house is on a large lot surrounded by a fence. The neighborhood is residential and diverse.

The Greenbelt Metro Station is a 10-15 minute walk through residential neighborhoods (or a short drive to the Metro Park-and-Ride) and the Green Line train will take you College Park in 5 minutes or to the heart of Washington, D.C. in 25 minutes.You can also catch the MARC train to Baltimore from the same station, which takes 30 minutes.

A series of bus lines pick a few blocks in both directions from the house and will take you all the way to downtown Washington, D.C. (83 Bus stop is one block from the house).

The house is also a 10 minute walk (a few minutes drive) from two different grocery stores--Mom's Organic Market, and Shoppers Grocery.

Maximum of two occupants. We are flexible on the terms of the lease, depending on the needs of the renter(s), but prefer at least a 6-month lease. Sorry, no pets or inside smokers. We would consider a cat.
