Tempo College Park Lease Takeover / Relet Available for 2026-2027

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my 2026–2027 lease at Tempo College Park through Tempo’s official relet/lease takeover process.

The current household is LGBTQ+ and trans-inclusive, and we’re prioritizing someone who feels like a safe,... respectful, and comfortable fit. Women, nonbinary people, trans people, and LGBTQ+ applicants are especially encouraged to reach out. The current residents are UMD undergrads, so another undergrad would be preferred, but the most important thing is finding someone respectful and compatible with the household.

This is a 4x4 unit, meaning you would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom in a furnished shared apartment. The unit is in the D3 floor plan at Tempo, located at 8430 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740. The lease runs from August 22, 2026 to July 24, 2027, and rent is $1,115/month for 12 installments.

The apartment is furnished and located close to the University of Maryland campus. The unit is on the top floor/penthouse level with a premium view. Electricity/utility overages may be billed separately as each resident’s share of the unit’s usage. Parking is not included unless arranged separately through Tempo.

The lease takeover must be completed through Tempo’s official approval process, and the replacement resident would need to complete any required application/relet steps.
