The Delano

Hi, this is Luna who working at University of Maryland. I am currently looking for a roommate to rent this 1B 1B apartment together. I hope that we could move in in June and then we can have the special discount on it. This apartment is the cleanest... apartment near the campus and the office service is really awesome. I would say that if you search this apartment on google map and will find this apartment has a very high rate and people usually live here for several years until they graduate. Also this apartment is near the metro and on university of maryland shuttle line, which is very convenient for persons studying at UMD. Also, the lease is really flexible here without any security deposit. I hope the roommate is an undergraduate, graduate, or professional person. The apartment has washer/dryer in unit.
