The Delano

Hi! My name is Luna, and I work at the University of Maryland. I’m looking to sublet my 1 bed / 1 bath apartment from May 2026 to July 2026, with the option to renew the lease directly with the leasing office afterward.

The start date is flexible —... the sublet can begin in May, or earlier than May if needed, and I’m happy to discuss and negotiate based on your situation.

This apartment has truly been my home since I moved in August 2025. It is fully furnished, and all furniture and household items were purchased after August 2025, so everything is quite new. The apartment now is thoughtfully decorated, warm, and comfortable — you can truly move in with just your suitcase.

Due to a job-related transition, my entire lab is relocating to another university, and we will all be moving out of Maryland. Otherwise, I would happily continue living here — it’s genuinely a wonderful place to live. The apartment community is quiet, friendly, and well-maintained. Neighbors are respectful and considerate, and many residents choose to stay here for several years until they graduate or purchase their own homes. You can check the apartment on Google Maps to see its consistently high ratings.
