The landscaping and upkeep looks great. No trash around the property is a plus. The fitness center and laundry are pretty decent as well. They upgraded flooring and the overall look of the homes which I love!

The employees here at Riversgate are Spectacular!
A big shoutout to Jessica, her team (Kaitlyn, Gwendolyn and Christina) and also, maintenance! I remembered Kaitlyn assisting me with getting my package on the inside while I was away; I really appreciates her and the rest of the staff!!

Recently toured the property and met the staff in the leasing office. Everyone was friendly and the model was beautiful. They told me the property was being renovated in many areas, so that is something to look forward to. The area seemed quiet and it's really close to the beltway.

Currently live here now with my son & boyfriend. The first WEEK we caught 3 mice! The model home looks nothing like the actual place. I was so disappointed! Mice Mice & more Mice. Called about the mice issue & never got a call back!
