UView Apartment for Summer Sublease (potential to renew!)

Looking to sublet my space in a 4 bed 2 bath University View Apartment located right next to campus (5 minute walk from all STEM buildings). 3 other girls live here throughout the school year, but the apartment will be empty for the summer. This... means the space (save for the other bedrooms) will be yours! The apartment comes fully furnished, maintenance is quick, and we keep the space clean. The usual rate for the view is about $1250, my current discounted rate is $1050, and I am willing to pay some of this cost and would ask you to pay $950. Utilities generally aren't included in rent, but the cost is not too crazy. For reference, last month I paid about 40 dollars in utilities.

I will no longer be in this apartment next year, so this means there is potential to transition to your own lease if interested. If this interests you, I am happy to connect you with the other tenants. Rent on lease renewal is not in my control and would be discussed with the view.

Reach out by email or text if interested! I am not good at responding to phone calls so please do not contact me by calling.
