Flexible 1B1B Available at The Delano Apartment — Short-Term or Longer-Term Stay

Hi! My name is Luna, and I work at the University of Maryland. My 1B1B apartment at The Delano, 1811 Metzerott Rd is available with a very flexible lease option. You can rent it for July only as a short-term sublease, or be added to the lease as a... roommate for a longer stay.

For the longer-term option, once the current lease reaches one year in August, the apartment can continue on a month-to-month basis, so you would not be locked into a long lease. You only need to give one month’s notice before moving out.

No security deposit required.

Location highlights:
