I am transferring my lease at Parkside Apartment Housing (1 private fully furnished bedroom for only either one single person with a private bathroom for $900 per month, or 2 people sharing the same room with a private bathroom for $450 each. The... room has 2 medium sized closets, kitchen featuring dishwashers shared with the roommate. Roommate matching is available. This is an ultimate off-campus living experience for UMD students/postdocs in College Park, MD. With on-site shuttle service (UMD shuttle 117 and 132) and a scenic walking bridge, commuting to campus (7 minutes walk) is a breeze.
