University View Tower I

Hi! I’m going abroad for the Spring 2026 semester and would like to offer my room for sublet. I live in a 2x2 apartment at University View — one bedroom + attached bathroom for rent: rent is originally $1300/mo + $95/mo in utilities: discount gives... $1100/mo rent + $95/mo util. 7 minute walk to the Iribe Center, next to the Varsity and paint branch trail. UMD buses 114 (day) or 117/118 (night) come every 5 mins to go across campus (->kirwan hall->stamp->south campus->baltimore ave). Beautiful 15th floor campus facing (xfinity center + paint branch trail part of campus) apartment, very nice and kind roommate: would prefer a roommate who does not party in the apartment multiple nights of the week (having friends over is super chill) as my roommate and I are both more quiet/introverted people
